All the homes are equipped with high quality private wifi internet service with coverage both inside the home and in the communal areas.
The rooms in the apartments have an air zone climate control system, door opening by means of an Assa Abloy intelligent handle system, monitoring of water, electricity and climate consumption by means of an App. Housing mechanisms equipped with standard USB and type C mechanisation and the flats incorporate a humidity sensor to detect leaks.
Reservation of communal spaces via App and parking door opening via App and USB device.

When are flats available to move into?
The availability of our flats varies by location. We recommend checking the locations section of our website for specific details. Make your reservation in less than 10 clicks when your preferred community is ready! And don't forget to sign up for our priority booking list for early access.
How can I view and book a flat?
You can search, select and book your new home online, or contact the reservations team of the community you are interested in for an appointment. For those abroad, we also offer virtual tours.
How do I book my flat?
It is very easy. As easy as 1,2,3. Once you have chosen your new home, you will need to be approved through a Score test. Once approved, we take a reservation payment. This is to secure your home while we prepare it for you, complete your application and references.

Is parking available?
All our neighbourhoods have parking facilities, as well as accessible parking spaces, motorbike spaces and electric charging points. For more information, ask the team about our parking policy.
Is there space for bicycles?
Of course! We offer secure bike racks at no extra cost, including service stations for the maintenance of your bike.
What appliances are included?
Each flat we provide, touch control ceramic induction hob, combi oven and/or microwave options, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Sound technical? Don't worry, in the Propia app you'll find guides on how to do it. Plus, the team is always on hand to offer support and show you how it all works when you move in.
Are the flats fully furnished?
By now you know that we don't do things by halves... good furniture was not enough for our residents. Propia offers you beautiful interior design flats with a tailor-made furniture package.
But we also have some flats available unfurnished. Our reservations team will help you find your perfect home.
Is there a telephone line in the flat?
Due to the increasing demand for various multimedia platforms, there will be no traditional phone line installed. If you would like to know more about our WiFi calling functionality, please speak to our Reservations team for full details.
Fees
Am I liable for council tax?
No, as a company we take care of the municipal tax. From the first day of your lease, we will manage the payment of this tax directly with the town hall, so that you do not have to worry about this procedure.
Are the costs included in the price?
Yes, the total rental price includes all rechargeable costs. A full breakdown will be provided in the contract.
Are supplies included in the price?
No, tenants are responsible for their own water and electricity consumption.
Management
Does Propia have on-site management?
Of course. Our Building Manager will answer all your questions either on site or remotely during working hours. Together with our reservations team, facilities management, maintenance teams and CCTV... we've got it all covered.
How do I report a problem?
Maintenance requests can be made directly through our application. We keep the process simple and efficient.
Is help available 24/7?
Each neighbourhood has a concierge team. General maintenance requests will be handled during normal working hours and we have an emergency response for urgent problems. We will always keep you informed.
Will I be charged for repairs?
You will not be charged for any general maintenance requests. Repairs required due to misuse or damage will be charged for. If you would like to put something on the walls or make your own improvements to the house, you can ask the concierge team and we will be happy to advise you.
Rules
Can I bring a pet?
It wouldn't be new generation living if you couldn't. Pets are welcome at Propia and there are no hidden charges. Get in line... we have many pet-friendly flats available. You can also request a pet at any time during your tenancy, as long as you're in a pet-friendly flat.
Are there any restrictions for pets?
As with most things in life, there are some T&C's to ensure the comfort of all our residents. We can only accept small dogs and there are a limited number of pets in each flat. For more
details, please ask for our pet policy.
Is there a minimum or maximum stay?
Contracts will have a duration of 1 year, extendable up to 7 years. Only a minimum stay of 6 months will be required.
